Following the success of Whitwood House and Whitwood Hall, we registered our third home - Whitwood Grange - which received its first service users in Spring 2006.

Whitwood Grange is a purpose-built home that includes staff accommodation and conservatories and all bedrooms have en-suite facilities.

The Fold
In addition to the two services above, we have now registered four individual one bedroom apartments into the registration at Whitwood Grange. These provide a step-down facility for individuals coming from secure settings who have significant challenging behaviour and who require intensive levels of support

Keiran Leeder is the registered manager at Whitwood Grange, has been with us since our opening in 1996. He transferred from his post as care manager at Whitwood House, to utilise his experience in developing a new service.

Keiran has a specialist interest and extensive experience in managing challenging behaviour relating to autistic spectrum disorder. Kieren works closely with our in-house Consultant Clinical Psychologist and he has implemented a specialist training programme for staff working with and display challenging behaviour.

Keiran is approachable and enthusiastic in all aspects, an attitude which is reflected in the approach of the whole team.

Through his knowledge of Whitwood Care and its service users, Kieran is able to ensure that each service user is provided with every opportunity to develop to their full potential.
